- 6 large eggs

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

- 1 teaspoon white vinegar

- salt and pepper to taste

- paprika for garnish


1) Hard boil eggs.

2) Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3) Spoon the filling into the egg white shells. Sprinkle it with paprika. Chill until serving.
