PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BARS
-1 cup creamy peanut butter
-1 cup honey
-4 cups quick-cooking oats
-1 cup chopped walnuts
-1/2 cup raisins
-1/4 teaspoon salt
1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
2. Heat, uncovered, until warmed, 20-30 seconds.
3. Stir until smooth; add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
4. Transfer to a lightly greased 13x9-inch pan; gently press mixture into pan.
5. Cover and refrigerate until set, 1 hour or overnight.
6. Cut into bars.
