HOTDOGS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

- 6 Sausages

- 6 hot dog buns

- 7 ounces of sour cream

- 3 ounces of cream cheese

-2 tablespoons of chopped chives or green onions

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Cook, either boiling or grilling, the sausages. You can also toast the buns if you like.

2) For the sauce, mix the sour cream with the cream cheese (to lower the sour taste) and chopped chives or green onions. Set it aside in the fridge.

3) Once everything is ready, assemble your hotdogs and put them on your board for a better presentation.
